Volkswagen pokes fun at cyclists in a dubious advertising

    In France, an ad for Volkswagen during a soccer game has been disliked by many people.

    In a meeting between France, the netherlands, the German manufacturer has played the card of humor passive aggressive. “We’re not going to let a country of cyclists we cross the road”, could one read about the barriers of the field of the Stade de France, with the logo of Volkswagen prominently.

    The message refers to the reputation of the Dutch for many to travel by bike. But advertising to flavor humorous if is quickly returned against Volkswagen.

    On Twitter, many users did not appreciate the arrogance of the manufacturer. Some have also pointed out that Volks is still recovering barely from a serious scandal regarding the polluting emissions of its diesel engines.
