If you read us regularly, you will understand that we have some problems with season 8 of Walking Dead. And it is a shame, because at base, we love this series. And apparently this is not that complicated for us.
You always wonder, as soon as one ends a new episode of the series in fact, if the channel AMC is aware of the massacre that it is in train to operate on its licence the more juicy. Because he must admit, over the years, and the budget reductions, the Walking Dead has become a shadow of what it could be.
And this is not a personal opinion, since in spite of the efforts of the team, the hearings of the series fall episode by episode over the course of this season 8 and that there will come a time when the network will react if he does not want the public to be distracted completely from the promenade of Rick Grimes and his buddies. But since AMC does not seem willing to do anything, it is the fans who are mobilizing to try to go up the slope.
And, the coup de theatre of the last episode aired, the viewer, Tyler Sigmon said that it was enough, he had to react and has therefore created an online petition, on Change.org to collect enough signatures. The purpose of this ? Turn purely and simply Scott Gimple, the showrunner of the series since season 4, accused of being the head of the dismal fate that awaits the character of Carl and the treatment of not cool of his interpreter, Chandler Riggs.

At the time of this writing, the petition has already collected more than 41,000 signatures on the 50,000 requested before you can send the petition to AMC. So, if you too are livid by this choice screenplay doubtful and dramatic, don’t hesitate to affix your signature. However, if you think that there are more important things in life to maintain currently, as the social gains, net neutrality or anything else, do you want to be the impasse.
After, still need that someone explains a day to some fans, a showrunner is not all-powerful on his series and that, in the end, it is always the chain that decides in what direction the history. But hey, this will surely be the occasion of another petition.
