Look at this article
It was believed, first, that he joked, but it was badly know the eccentric business man at the head of Tesla and SpaceX.
Yesterday, Elon Musk has sent his own Tesla Roadster in the space. Attached to the Falcon Heavy, the largest rocket in the world, the beautiful sports car-cherry red has left the Land with, at its edge, a mannequin dressed as an astronaut and the words “DON’t PANIC” inscribed on the dashboard.

No doubt, the entrepreneur of south african origin never does things by half. And like it or not, force is to admit that it has the meaning of the show!

For more than four hours, you could even witness the epic journey of the Tesla live on YouTube.
Direction Of March?
The purpose of this operation, apart from a stroke of marketing nicely managed, was to send the Tesla in orbit around the planet Mars.
However, a few hours after take-off, Elon Musk has posted a photo on Twitter, showing that Tesla had deviated from its path and had crossed the orbit of Mars, heading towards an asteroid belt.
Third burn will be successful. Exceeded March’s orbit and kept going to the Asteroid Belt. pic.twitter.com/bKhRN73WHF
