The american singer Aaron Carter was released on a promise to appear in court after being arrested for drug possession and drunk driving, Saturday evening, in the State of Georgia.
According to information from TMZ, the 29-year old man was accompanied by his girlfriend, Madison Parker, when he was arrested on a motorway in a suburb of Atlanta.
Aaron Carter, the brother of Nick Carter of the Backstreet Boys, allegedly refused to blow into the breathalyzer, according to TMZ quoting the police of the county of Habersham.
It has disbursed the sum of 4610 $ for his release.
