    MONTREAL | acrobat has a fall of several metres on Tuesday evening at an outdoor performance of chinese poles, in the boroughs of Saint-Léonard.

    The accident occurred in the early evening in parc Saint-Léonard during a performance in the framework of the festival Montréal complètement cirque.

    According to what was stated by the Montreal police, the acrobat suffers from back injuries. It would have made a fall of about 6 meters. He was taken to the hospital by ambulance. It is not known the extent of his injuries.

    The show was titled “Between us” and brought together five artists from different origins and backgrounds (that) meet and fall in links around three-masted chinese”, according to what is shown in the site of the festival.

    The standards Commission, equity, health and workplace safety has opened an investigation, said the Montreal police.
