Summer Festival: tickets in front-stage area sold out

After a stormy pre-sale on Wednesday, the sale of the 100,000 summer Festival passes took place Thursday at noon, without a hitch.
After about 20 minutes, the 3,000 passes in the Zone avant-scène Or, the 2000 in the front-scene Silver Zone and the 2000 seats in the Bell Signature Zone had all found takers.
Without any figures, the FEQ spokesperson, Kenza Bélaichouche, confirms that not all general admission passes have been sold. They are on sale at a price of $ 95 until June 6, after which they will go up to $ 105. So far, the FEQ does not plan to sell any daily ticket for shows.

On Wednesday, pre-sale to Desjardins members was technically flawed, but adjustments were made, confirms Kenza Bélaichouche. The 20,000 passes available at this pre-sale, at a cost of $ 85, were nevertheless sold out in 35 minutes.

From Korea to Indonesia
Unveiled on Wednesday, the 50th edition, which includes Kendrick Lamar, Pink, Muse, Metallica and the Backstreet Boys, among others, has sparked a stir all over the world.
From the United States to Indonesia, many media have relayed the news, as have several Canadian media and specialty magazines, such as Pollstar.
It is always surprising to see that the programming resonated to Korea, while The Korea Herald noted that the Festival had the biggest scene in North America, with a capacity of 100,000 spectators.
In Indonesia, CNN also reported in an article the programming of the FEQ’s 50th anniversary.
The Festival announced on Wednesday the first 50 names of its programming. The identity of the rest of the artists who will take part in the Festival, which will take place from 6 to 16 July, will be known within a few weeks.
