Recently, we ranked here the ranking of the 28 films that have to date exceeded the billion dollars at the box office . In other words, the films that have done most to reach the general public. The best of the 21st century films produced by BBC Culture, based on the opinions of a wide range of critics throughout the world, has a different meaning .
