Iron Fist is renewed for a season 2 by Netflix!

Good news for all fans of Iron Fist since it was announced at Comic Con of San Diego that the Netflix series would have a second season!

After Daredevil, Jessica Jones and Luke Cage, it is Iron Fist’s turn to continue his story solo since it was announced yesterday at Comic Con that the series would indeed have a season 2 on Netflix. It is Jeph Loeb, the President of TV of Marvel who announced it himself. While we will be able to find them all in The Defenders, which you can discover a brand new trailer unveiled at Comic Con, as of August 18th on the SVOD platform, their story at all will continue beyond. Although Ira Fist has not been praised like the previous three, Danny Rand will continue to protect New York with his fist and Chi.

It is not known yet which characters will be back, but we hope to see again Colleen Wing, Claire Temple and Joy and Ward Meachum. It seems then that Marvel settles itself as much on the cinema and the television as on Netflix since we now expect no less than 5 series resulting from the collaboration between Marvel and Netflix. And Iron Fist. But there is also the series The Punisher, a character introduced in season 2 of Daredevil, which is expected to be released this year.
