Strange destiny that the one of the series, Krypton, which was originally supposed to be released last year on the channel SyFy, and which must, more or less, its existence in the prologue of Man of Steel. Then there are things that have changed, but this is can not be more wrong.

The last time we really talked about the series Krypton, it was, gosh, in July last, on the occasion of the release of its teaser, which, in Internet time is an eternity. It seems to be so damn mandatory to recall what is in this ambitious series.

Okay, Superman, you know eh. He comes from a planet which exploded shortly after his birth, Krypton, he came on Earth, had powers and, in growing, he is left to grow. Krypton we therefore propose to go back in time well before his birth, to discover the fight of his grandfather, the heir of the clan El, one of the largest houses on the planet, unfortunately, fallen into disgrace. So we will finally be able to discover in details the functioning of this company, obviously dive in to the chaos that our hero will have to save in addition to restoring the honor of his family.

A series that could prove to be of good quality and could create a surprise when it aired on march 21 on the channel SyFy, even if the trailer that we discover today is changing when even a little is given with this story of a mysterious character from the future who encounters the hero to reveal to him the glorious destiny of his grandson and give him the desire to fight. A premise quite casse-gueule, as much as the last details of the production reveal that, in the end, the series will have no link with any treatment of the world of Superman prior to his creation.

We are left, therefore, with a work entirely original, if we are to believe the producers, will not be considered as a prequel to Man of Steel and would already be scheduled to last between 7 and 8 seasons. It is a lot to incorporate in one blow and they will just, already watching the first few episodes before you get carried away because, from what we can see, it looks like when the same much to a series of the CW.
