First, it is the beautiful Laurel Lance was clearly the engine of this episode. Having decided to part with late season 4, the writers took advantage of the hundredth episode series to offer the end she deserved so much. Beautiful, tolerant, adorable, it’s a Laurel at its best we found . Set to marry the love of his life, the alternative reality even suggested that our hero can still be in love with her. Accordingly, for the greatest happiness of Oliver and Thea, the Queen parents were back.
The opportunity for Green Arrow to get this farewell as missing. Their horrific deaths remained indeed an indelible mark in her heart and their reunion certainly allowed him to close an important page in its history. For his part, Malcolm Merlyn took advantage of this incident to make a comeback. Absent from the first part of season 5 of Arrow, it was nice to see one of the leading antagonists of the series. Unfortunately, his role was rather limited and mainly reflected the desire of Thea to reconcile with him and find the relationship that bound them even when aware that he was her real father. Meanwhile, we have also been able to find Tommy and Roy. Unfortunately, both were as holograms since Colton Haynes and Colin Donnell could not move for this major event.
