He was almost never able to dance. Nicolas Archambault, replacing Marie-Claude Pietragalla in the new season of Dancing with the Stars on TF1, affected by a disease during adolescence, it might never have known his brilliant career.

He was a member of the jury of the show You Can Dance sur NT1 (2012), before dropping one of the main roles of the musical Saturday Night Fever at the side of Fauve Hautot. Nicolas Archambault is now sworn to Dancing with the Stars, where he replaces Marie-Claude Pietragalla for the new season. But the dancer would have never know about this career : more young people, a disease almost prevent to practice the dance.

 

According to the weekly magazine Ici Paris, Nicolas Archambault has suffered, adolescents, Osgood-Schlatter disease. Among the symptoms, large, knee pain, related to repetitive micro-trauma exerted on the cartilage. A disease typical of children athletes, as was already the dancer. Decided not to give up his dreams and to continue to practice his passion for making, possibly, his job, the teenager Nicolas Archambault has done everything to cure the best. So he followed all of the advice from her doctor : there is no drug treatment, but rest and exercises, without the sporting activity is violent for the knee, can improve things. Years later, Nicolas Archambault became a dancer, as he hoped.
