The actor is best known for having played Phil Leotardo in the seriesThe Soprano between 2004 and 2007, and has also marked the history of the seventh art with roles of mafia in Raging Bull 1980, Goodfellas 1990 and Casino in 1996, to director Martin Scorsese.

Frank Vincent died at age 80. An age confirmed by the family of the deceased while many sites advertise 1939, as the date of anniversary known. John A. Gallagher, who directed Frank Vincent in Street Hunter and The Deli told the american press that the comedian has long lied about his age to seem younger and to avoid the discrimination in vogue in Hollywood.
