Gray’s Anatomy season 14: Departure of SPOILERS, new couples … the series needs new blood?

The return of the series is still far away but the first details about the season 14 of Gray’s Anatomy have already been unveiled and we continue to help you to wait with a whole new questioning. Beware of the spoilers in the sequel if you have not finished the season 13. The last episode has indeed marked the departure of Stephanie Edwards since we will soon find her interpreter Jerrika Hinton in a new drama on HBO. The young physician prodigy who showed incredible heroism in the final season resigned Richard Webber and we admit to you that we will miss him a lot . But the final season also marked the dismissal of Eliza Minnick, supposed to reform the education system of the Gray Sloan Memorial Hospital.
As the collaboration began to work, Eliza was guilty of serious misconduct, forgetting to report Stephanie’s death to police and firefighters in the middle of the fire. A fault for which she barely apologized and which earned her to be fired by Miranda Bailey at the end of the season. If her character had been more developed and more endearing, she would have been expected to be still part of the series. But it is doubtful that her link with Arizona is enough to make her come back now that she no longer has any reason to be in the hospital. And although her departure is not official, we do not expect to see her again in season 14.
Indeed after so many years spent watching the doctors of the Gray Sloan Memorial Hospital, one can only notice the many love relationships that connect them now, whether they have materialized or not. Between Alex and Jo, Jo and DeLuca, DeLuca and Maggie, Maggie and Nathan, Nathan and Meredith, April and Jackson, Jackson and Stephanie, Jackson and Maggie … Things tend to go round and the arrival of new characters Would create new dynamics within the characters . Not to mention the fact that friendships between doctors are very lacking. Nothing will equal the relationship between Meredith and Cristina, and Meredith and Alex remain very present for each other. But do things necessarily have to become romantic as soon as two characters come together? Can it not be a strong friendship created by all the trials that doctors pass through? We hope in any case that the season 14 will bring us new faces history to stir up a little all this.
