He wants to avoid the hell that has claimed the life of his mother. Prince William wrote a letter, read during the trial against the magazine Closer, which is with emotion the parallel between the death of Lady Di, and the stolen photos of his wife Kate, naked breasts.
They have received more than 100 000 euros in damages and interest. Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton have ordered the magazine Closer, which published in 2012 of stolen photos of the duchess, on which she appeared topless. At the trial, Jean Veil, the lawyer of the couple, read a letter poignant, written by the father of George and Charlotte. The site of the radio “Europe 1” has unveiled a preview : William of England made the parallel between these photos and what that has been experienced by his mother, Lady Di.
“In September 2012 we thought my wife and I that we could stay a few days in France in the secluded villa of a member of my family, and to regain our privacy, “wrote prince William. The evasive maneuvers which resulted in the production of these photos and their publication we were particularly shocked by the infringement on our privacy. (…) The facts submitted in your jurisdiction, are also particularly painful because they remind us of the harassment, which is the cause of the death of my mother, Diana, Princess of Wales. “
The trial now behind them, William and Kate will be able to focus on what really matters : their family. The duchess is pregnant of the third child of the couple, and should pay particular attention to his or her health – she has cancelled some of his public appearances, because of his severe nausea.
