After having been cancelled by Netflix, Sense8 will be a conclusion in one gigantic episode of 2 hours, which will be very soon released.

In spite of staunch fans, and a whirlwind of positive reviews, including ours, Sense8 has not convinced Netflix to extend it beyond its second season. At issue : the high costs of production (the series is still filmed in the place of the action, and traveling the world) and scores too low for the creation of the Wachowski and J. Michael Straczynski.

Sense8 was cancelled on June 1, 2017. But Netflix has consented, however, after a few weeks of reflection, to fund a final episode giant of two hours, similar to the Christmas special of 2016, which since it was not new. You can now rejoice.

It is the holiday you are told

Netflix has announced the broadcast of the final episode of Sense8 on Twitter and accompanied the news of a new post. The ultimate episode of Sense8 will be released on June 8, 2018.

The opportunity for the ambitious series was conceived by the filmmakers behind the Matrix, Jupiter : the fate of the universe and Speed Racer, as well as the creator of the cult movie Babylon 5, to find a conclusion worthy of the name. With a title perfectly suited to the adventures of the hero played by Tuppence Middleton, Tina Desai, Max Riemelt, Brian J. Smith, Jamie Clayton, Doona Bae, Miguel Ángel Silvestre, Toby Onwumere : Amor Vincit Omnia. The victorious love.
