Still Star-Crossed: Episode 3, Marriage and Explosion, Our Critic

A few hours after the release of a new episode of Still Star-Crossed, discover our review of “All the World’s a Stage”.
While we were wondering what was going to happen in episode 3 of Still Star-Crossed , we finally discovered what happened to Rosaline, Benvolio and the others in “All the World’s a Stage” . As the trailer foreshadowed, the moment of marriage between Benvolio and Rosaline was advanced, for the greater misfortune of the two fiancés but also of Prince Escalus, clearly jealous . This love triangle is slowing down and you have to admit that it’s hard to know if things will really change one day or if Escalus will continue to play the “I love you, me either” till the end of the season . One thing is certain, this union between the Capulet and the Montaigu will not calm things any time soon.
Yet an attack during the marriage between Benvolio and Rosalind could give a boost to peace. Indeed the explosion has not been claimed by one family or the other and now allows them to unite against a common enemy . Will this drama turn into a blessing for Verona despite the death of an ambassador? It is quite possible … ABC offered us a new episode pleasant to follow but cruelly lacking rhythm, like the two previous episodes. Still Star-Crossed continues to fill our summer but already knows its limits, with predictable intrigues and struggling to keep our interest.
