Rehabilitation is a long and complex process for people with neurological diseases. The authors of the study publish, and twenty recommendations to guide health professionals to better support people LGBTQ with neurological diseases.

To adapt the therapeutic approach according to the disorder

Through the review of nearly 2000 scientific studies, the experts have identified diseases for which it was necessary to improve the support.
This is the case, for example, for patients who have suffered an acquired brain injury (abi) during childhood, or a traumatic brain injury.
