Very shortly after the tribute popular made by Johnny Hallyday at the church of the Madeleine, Sylvie Vartan had regretted that the rocker is buried in St. Barth, so far away from the metropolis. A criticism which has profoundly affected Laeticia and his family and friends.
Saturday, December 8, in homage to popular made by Johnny Hallyday at the church of the Madeleine, almost all the faithful of the rocker had made the trip. Laeticia and daughters Jade and Joy were surrounded by many celebrities, who had met one day the road of the famous rocker. His ex-wives, Sylvie Vartan, the mother of David and Nathalie Baye, Laura had made the trip. Very proven, they were required to be there, with Laeticia and his family, to pay a last tribute to the singer. Welded and supportive place de la Madeleine, Nathalie Baye and Sylvie Vartan did not, however, attended the funeral of their ex-husband. Very shortly after the tribute popular visited Paris, the mother of David Hallyday had even created the controversy on the 11th of December in the morning, regretting that the rocker is buried so far away from us who love him so much.”
This is a critique that has been deeply scarred Laeticia and his family and friends. “The words of Sylvie Vartan shook a part of the clan who, nevertheless, understands the pain of the first wife of the singer. But they would have liked to have a bit of time before undergoing what he sees as an attack ” one can read in the columns of Paris Match. After this controversy, Laeticia Hallyday was defended to respect the last wishes of the singer. Johnny Hallyday particularly enjoyed the island of St-Barth and would go there to recharge when his agenda allowed it. He would have mentioned his desire to be buried on the island, several of his relatives.
