This Tuesday, January 23 took place the funeral of Dolores O’riordan, singer of the rock group The Cranberries, which was found unresponsive in a hotel room in London. Deeply moved, the mother and the children of the star were present to pay a last tribute to the singer.
The funeral of Dolores O’riordan took place in the church of St Alibe, to Ballybricken in Ireland, this Tuesday, January 23. Many close to the singer had made the trip to pay their last respects. The mother of the singer Eileen O’riordan has had a lot of trouble to hide his emotion during the passage of the wooden coffin, engraved with the image of the Virgin Mary.
The three children of the star aged 12 to 20 years of age also came to say a final farewell to their mother. Dakota Burton, one of the daughters of the star is at length gathered into the arms of her grandmother. The former husband of Dolores O’riordan, Don Burton, had also made the trip as well as her current boyfriend, Ole Koretsky, who had made him a nice declaration of love on Facebook, when he had learned of his disappearance. His former music partner, Mike Hogan, accompanied by his wife, was also required to be present at this ceremony. Dolores O’riordan was subsequently buried in the strictest privacy in the cemetery of Caherelly, where lies his father Terence, who died in 2011.
For the time being, the mystery remains around the death of the singer of the band the Cranberries. The young woman 46-year-old was found lifeless in a hotel room located in London. The star visited the british capital to record a new song. An investigation has been opened.
