The new DC series is coming !

After the trailer, the chain CW, we still have to wait before the release of the new DC series Black Lightning, and reveals the new images. Black Lightning would tell the story of Jefferson Pierce (played by Cress Williams), the father of the family and teacher gifted with powers relating to electricity that has hung up the gloves, but that’s going to have to postpone the costume of super-heroes, which he embodied : Black Lightning !

The series, written by Salim Akil and Mara Brock Akil, will not, however, by attached to the Arrowverse, and will evolve independently. Alongside Cress Williams, the cast will also include Christine Adams, China Anne McClain and Nafessa Williams. The first broadcast american series Black Lightning is scheduled for January 16, the next on CW. Without further ado, here are the new images :
