The series Fargo will return for a season 4… but not before 2020 ?

On the side of the tv series that we love so that we did not think so at the base, there are, obviously, Fargo, excellent transposition of the film by the Coen brothers who has been able to fly on his own wings as soon as its season 2.

And a few days ago, we were damn happy say so, because it was learned that Fargo would be entitled to a fourth season. And it was not really earned. Not because Fox refused to renew the series, which has always made good scores, but because her fate depended entirely on the desire of its showrunner, Noah Hawley, to continue if it was a good idea.

Apparently this is the case since season 4 is finally scheduled. That said, it will have to be patient since the new episodes should not arrive before… 2020. And this for a reason, the whole beast, than just explain to us Hawley at the microphone of The Wrap :

“Realistically, I think we filmerons the season this winter. Mainly because it is a series that is going on in the winter. You know, I first have to write the episodes, then we need to prepare for and then film them. Which brings us to this winter or the following winter.

Given my schedule, I have to make a film, releasing another one this summer, then ensure that the new episodes of Legion, there is little chance that the 4 season of Fargo will be getting started this winter.”

And it is true that it is particularly busy at this time the Noah Hawley. But if it keeps the same degree of excellence as to the seasons prédécentes, no choice, have to take his evil in patience. Luckily, this is exactly what we will do.
