The Walking Dead season 7: Episode 10, what will happen in “New Best Friends”?

Season 7 episode 10 of The Walking Dead will air next Sunday on AMC. But then, we reserve “New Best Friends”?
It’s a mid-season premiere of The Walking Dead Success which was aired last night on AMC . But Rick’s smile says a lot: if things go well and Rick plays his cards the right way, it may well be that these new individuals join the battle against the Saviors.
