New week, new episode of season 7 of The Walking Dead broadcast last night on AMC and tonight on OCS Choc. In episode 12 entitled “Say Yes”, there are quite a few small adventures and especially promises of action for the end of the season that we could see. Let’s start with the duo of shock Rick and Michonne, who went on a mission to look for weapons to give to Jadis in exchange for his collaboration in their war against Negan. As we already know and the episode confirmed, “Richonne” works very well and the alchemy between Danai Gurira and Andrew Lincoln offered us scenes as funny as unexpected . It must be said that the couple knows each other long enough to joke and relax a little together and we ‘ Is never against lighter moments to allow, as much to us as the characters, to breathe a blow. Especially since the decoration lent itself to it since it is in an abandoned fun fair that they find themselves to seek arms. Yet between two jokes about their ability to kill walkers, Rick and Michonne have almost been getting hurt and have made quite a few small frights.
At least one thing is certain: Rick has regained his confidence, and maybe a little too much since he is overwhelmed by the walkers after being distracted by a deer and it is Michonne who made the fresh. Although not really believed, see Michonne as helpless and completely give up when she thought Rick dead offered a powerful and very revealing scene of their relationship. Their discussion on the way back is clear and we are told that we were rather pleased to see Rick take part of Glenn’s speech to motivate Michonne . Still haunted by the deaths of his friends, Rick still managed to keep the hope of a better world, if not for him or Michonne, at least for Judith, Child of Glenn and Maggie. The faith in a better future was what prompted Glenn to move forward and find that hope in Rick’s words was a great way to keep the character alive through his family of hearts. However, the bad news is that the war against the Saviors has been delayed since the new community’s leader believes they have not found enough weapons. Michonne reassures Rick by saying that they still have time to take care of it. A bad news yet delays the war against the Saviors since the leader of the new community believes that they have not found enough weapons. Michonne reassures Rick by saying that they still have time to deal with it. But Rosita does not have time to wait, and after a few unsuccessful attempts to find weapons, she decides to take matters into her own hands and go to Hilltop to ask Sasha to help her revenge. The two women are driven by the same thirst for vengeance and the sniper found by Rick and Michonne is all that Sasha needs to be convinced. Despite the words of Father Gabriel and Tara, Rosita continues her personal vendetta and wonders how all this will end for the two women who, as Sasha points out, are only two against an army … Perhaps That the revelation of Tara will come in time since after a monologue as funny as touching with Judith – who grew well! – the young woman decides to speak to Rick and it is assumed that it is Oceanside that will be discussed. Will the group blame him for not mentioning it before? How will the community of Oceanside react to Tara’s betrayal and Rick’s possible proposal? We will soon know … AMC has given us a sympathetic episode and very well punctuated by some well-placed attacks and a soundtrack always so pleasant. Waiting for next week, find out if Negan ‘s return in Season 7 episode 11 of The Walking Dead has been synonymous with success for audiences or not! And you, what did you think of the episode?
