The Walking Dead season 8: Shooting suspended due to a serious accident

A few months before the release of season 8 of The Walking Dead, the shooting was suspended following a serious accident.

Season 8 of The Walking Dead will only be broadcast in several months but this is bad news that we are announcing today. A serious accident took place on the set, after which the stuntman John Bernecker was hospitalized. Its very serious state remains for the moment rather vague but AMC has still wanted to express itself. The production reported that John Bernecker was transported to the Atlanta hospital immediately after the accident and that their thoughts and prayers were turned towards the stuntman and his relatives. Following this serious accident and as might be expected, the filming of season 8 of The Walking Dead has been temporarily suspended without a recovery date being specified.
