Roman Polanski was not able to pass through the screens of the church of the Madeleine to pay tribute to Johnny Hallyday. The director and his wife, the actress Emmanuelle Seigner, were denied access to the ceremony.

Saturday 9 December, thousands of people gathered in the streets of Paris to pay tribute to Johnny Hallyday. His loved ones, his family, gathered at the church of the Madeleine, for a ceremony of the most touching. The pictures of Laeticia Hallyday and daughters, embracing the coffin of the deceased, will last a long time in the memories. In this difficult time, the wife of the singer was surrounded, both by the clan Hallyday as his friends.

On the other hand, a couple of stars was not able to attend the ceremony. Roman Polanski and his wife Emmanuelle Seigner, were denied access to the church. The moment, captured by paparazzi, has what it takes to surprise. On the images, we discover the director and his companion, dressed in jeans and sneakers, locked gates, a few steps from the ceremony by security guards. The question that arises now is the following : why the director and the actress have they not been able to make it to the tribute to Johnny Hallyday ? Some argue that the security guards have prohibited access due to their delay, so as not to disrupt the flow of the ceremony. Others point to the new rape accusations against Roman Polanski, stating that he was not welcome to close to Johnny. But at the present time, neither the principal concerned, or the family of the ‘ not expressed themselves on this subject.
