Westworld, Game of Thrones, Stranger Things named the Critics’ Choice Awards!
Westworld, Stranger Things and Game of Thrones competing for the prize for best drama series. The official selection of the Critics’ Choice Awards has just been released!
Who Westworld, Stanger Things and Game of Thrones won the Critics’ Choice Award for Best Drama Series? These three series were named this week in the most prestigious category of the competition. If the presence of GoT in this selection is not really a surprise given his international success, however the appointment of Stranger Things, science fiction revelation Netflix last summer, is a surprise. Not because it does not deserve its place but because it has conquered the heart of the jury after one season! In all, GoT is nominated in 5 categories (Kit Harrington and Peter Dincklage will compete including the Best Actor in a Drama Series), Westworld is nominated 3 times (Evan Rachel Wood and Thandie Newton will oppose Emilia Clarke and Lena Headey in the category best dramatic actress) and Stranger Things once. It is a panel of 100 journalists specialized in TV entertainment that will vote for the best series. The prize will be awarded to the winner on 11 December at a special evening presented by TJ Miller.
