The ultimate season of Game of Thrones will land on our screens next April.

The eighth and final season of ‘Game of Thrones’ makes us wait for nearly a year and a half, since season 7 ended on August 27, 2017. If a teaser with images of the previous seasons had been balanced by HBO a few weeks ago to announce the release date, it revealed nothing more.

A few days of Christmas, the american chain has decided to offer a small gift to fans of the series. A teaser has been unveiled, albeit without official images, but announcing the coming battle.

More than a simple battle, this teaser could announce much worse. Why not the pure and simple destruction of all Westeros between the power of fire held by Daenerys Targaryen and her allies, and that of the ice imposed by the Walkers White ? And finally, if the season 8 of Game of Thrones ended in tears and blood in the middle of an ice-breakable and of a fire unstoppable ?

And finally, if this teaser announced the end of a world and a continent because of a war in which nobody will be able to get out of it ? Hard to imagine that an end too cruel and dark has been chosen, but we like to think of it.

Final Verdict sometime in April 2019 on OCS in France, with the return of Emilia Clarke, Kit Harington, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Peter Dinklage, Lena Headey, Sophie Turner, Maisie Williams and many others.
