The Titans celebrated its arrival on Netflix with a new trailer, much darker and seductive

Program reserved exclusively for the platform DC Universe, the series, the Titans had managed to find a buyer in order to be disseminated in the rest of the world. Good news, no ?

Titans, this is the new series teenagers that wants to be dark and mature DC. The goal :to achieve attract enough world with his new show to launch the promotion of its streaming platform exclusive. A risky bet as the market is controlled by the giant Netflix and Amazon. And that is precisely the problem. While DC is the plays Netflix by offering a website of SVoD, called DC Universe, devoted to the dissemination of its own content : movies, series, animations, series, and comics, the platform is only available on the territory of Uncle Sam. What about the countries in the area ?

No release date had been announced for a likely operating in foreign countries, and the fans are asking him severely : how would one (legally) watch this new show stamped DC ?

“Well, everyone will be able to admire me”

The question is now closed. The site Variety, has just announced the partnership between Netflix and the DC Universe. The u.s. giant of streaming will, therefore, spread abroad, and so, in France, the series the Titans as well as, later, the other DC series, the Doom Patrol. A project which will see the re-emergence of Brendan Fraser, and who has for the time being no date, accurate output. Nevertheless, the question always arises on the purchase of the next series in DC that are in the planning of studios, including Swamp Thing, which is still one of our biggest expectations.

As a reminder, the series Titans is overseen by Greg Berlanti (Arrow, Green Lantern), Akiva Goldsman (Star Trek : Discovery) as well as Geoff Johns. A point that reassures us quite saw the sacred baggage of the man and his love for comics. Side casting, you’ll find Brenton Thwaites in the skin of Robin, Teagan Croft in Raven, Anna Diop, who propose Starfire and Ryan Potter, who lends his traits to Beast Boy.

Finally, it is a good news for the chain, and for the fans, who will soon be able to see the Titans on their television screens. Note, however, that if the Titans will make its grand premiere on October 12th on the territory of Uncle Sam, the date the international level has not been specified.

In the meantime, Netflix has already convey a new trailer to promote his “new show”. Which, is still much more refined and polished than the previous as relayed by the DC Universe. Netflix has understood a thing in her campaign promotion : promote the dark side and mature of the series, and not the aspect of super-cheap special effects… instead, Look at around 1:53, and you will understand.
