All good things come to an end. While the season 5B of the Vikings is in full diffusion, the 20 episodes of season 6 will sound the death knell of this bloody show.
The american chain History have understood that the Story must stop for a day. Broadcast since 2013, the series bloody canadian-irish ending so at the end of its sixth season, after a show in 89 episodes of the resounding success.
When you learn that there is more than a season to slaughter your enemies
Because at the start the Vikings wanted to follow the adventures of Ragnar Lothbrok (Travis Fimmel) and that it was based on historical events and real, Michael Hirst has a finite number of stories to tell. It is, therefore, arrived at the end of these stories. The ultimate season will be comprised of 20 episodes and split into two parts as season 5. The first should be visible in the fall of 2019 and the second a few months later. Thus, it is certain that the history of Ragnar and his kids will end in 2020.
But don’t worry to have because we learned in the columns of the Deadline as the warriors nordic should come back earlier than expected. In fact, the creator of Vikings, Michael Hirst, writer of all the episodes, is in talks with the studios History and MGM to create a new series that would evolve in the universe of the Vikings.
