Spider-Man Homecoming: A Prometheus actor joins the cast in a villainous role

When Sony and Marvel reached an agreement to bring Spider-Man back to the MCU, they promised us that we would not re-stuff the villains of the previous two trilogies. Montana, also called Jackson Brice, was created by the original team of Steve Ditko and Stan Lee himself, in 1964, in the series The Amazing Spider-Man . He is one of the founding members of the team of villains The Enforcers . Does this mean that the Marvel studios are looking to exploit this team in future Spider-Man movies?
